Important Notes
¨ Check-in will begin at 4:00 p.m. on Friday March 23rd in the Old Dominion Ballroom of Squires Student Center on the Virginia Tech campus. It will conclude at 8:00 p.m. when evening activities will kick off and last until approximately 11:00 p.m. ¨ Should you arrive later than 8:00 p.m. on Friday evening please join us for evening activities and we will check you in at late check-in from 8:00-8:45 a.m. on Saturday March 24th, also in the Old Dominion Ballroom in Squires Student Center. ¨ Directions to
the Virginia Tech Campus (Check-in) and parking information will be provided

Why attend a regional conference? Regional conferences are a great way for you and your students to share ideas with colleagues, get involved and learn more about orientation/retention and transition services for a fraction of the cost of an annual conference. We have planned programs and events for both professional and student staff. Your registration fee covers three meals, all your materials, and an unforgettable experience in Virginia's New River Valley.
